1. Check if the respective user is assigned a License. #
Users will not be able to access Message Blink functionalities unless they are assigned the appropriate license.
- Log in to your Salesforce org.
- Navigate to Message Blink.
- Go to Settings > User Management.
- Check if the user is assigned a Message Blink license.
- If not, click Add New to add users and assign the required licenses.
2. Confirm Permission Set Assignment #
Users must have the correct Message Blink permission sets assigned to access Message Blink objects and features.
- Log in to your Salesforce org.
- Navigate to Message Blink.
- Go to Settings > Permission Management.
- Verify that the necessary permission sets are assigned to the users who have licenses.
- Assign the permission sets if missing, ensuring users can access Message Blink objects.
3. Check Account Subscription Status #
Access to Message Blink is dependent on an active subscription. Expired subscriptions will restrict access.
For Trial Plan Users:
- Log in to your Salesforce account.
- Go to the Message Blink home page.
- Check the subscription details displayed on the right.
- Renew or upgrade your plan if your trial subscription has expired.
For Paid Plan Users:
- Log in to your Salesforce account.
- Go to the Message Blink home page.
- Check the subscription details displayed on the right.
- Renew or upgrade your plan if your paid subscription has expired.
