- Incoming message handling has been enhanced with improved emoji rendering and compatibility support. Emojis received across conversations now display more accurately and consistently within the chat interface, creating a smoother and more modern communication experience for users interacting with customers through MessageBlink.
Advanced Chat Filters for Faster Conversation Management #
The chat component now includes advanced filtering capabilities that allow users to quickly locate conversations based on:
- Date
- Time
- Keywords
These filters significantly improve navigation across large chat histories, helping support and sales teams find important conversations faster and manage interactions more efficiently.
Fixed Merge Fields for Compound Address Fields #
Resolved issues related to merge field functionality for compound address fields within templates and messaging workflows. Address-based personalization now works more reliably, ensuring accurate customer information is dynamically populated in outgoing messages without formatting inconsistencies.
Time Zone – Based Scheduled Messaging #
- Scheduled messaging has been upgraded to automatically respect the time zone configured on the individual Salesforce User profile. This enhancement ensures messages are delivered at the intended local time, improving communication timing for globally distributed teams and customer bases.

- Blink Broadcast: We have launched a dedicated hub for all your bulk messaging needs, designed to streamline your outreach and centralize your communication efforts.
- Campaign Management: Effortlessly create and execute bulk SMS campaigns by mapping contact details (name, email, phone) and utilizing either pre-defined or custom templates.
- List View: Manage your audience with precision using your enhanced list view in the objects allowing you to seamlessly select your target object, choose your desired list view, and map specific phone fields – such as Contact Phone or Contact Fax – to ensure your messages reach the right destination.
- In Real-Time Reports you can just send the bulk SMS to your customers who are all in the reports by selecting reports.
- Configuration Tab: We have introduced a centralized settings hub to simplify your administration, making it easier than ever to manage your application setup and preferences.
- Phone Data Cleaner: We have introduced a new tool to validate and edit phone numbers that do not match the international E.164 standard. Poorly formatted numbers often lead to failed calls or undelivered messages, which can disrupt your workflow. With this update, you can easily identify non-compliant data and correct it on the spot, ensuring your communications always reach their intended destinations.
