Dreamforce 2025 is happening in October 14- 16, 2025, in San Francisco at the Moscone Center and online on Salesforce+. It’s a huge event where you can learn about Agentforce 3.0 (cool new AI tech), meet Salesforce MVPs, and have fun at the Dreamfest concert.
1. Figure Out What You Want
Dreamforce has over 1,500 workshops and events, so it’s easy to get lost. Decide what you want to do. Love Customer 360? Want to learn Agentforce 3.0’s new voice features (out in May 2025) to help customers faster? Get a Salesforce certificate? Or want to meet Trailblazers?
- To Do: Write down 2–3 goals, like learning about AI tools or meeting Salesforce experts. This helps you pick the right sessions.
2. Sign Up Soon
The early-bird deal is gone, but you can still get a Dreamforce 2025 ticket for $2,299 (or $2,499 if you wait longer). If you’re going with 10 or more people, you might get a discount. Watching online? Salesforce+ is free for keynotes and some sessions.
- To Do: Sign up now at salesforce.com/dreamforce to save your spot.
Look for Dreamforce 2025 promo codes on #DF25 posts. Want more training? Add Bootcamp (October 11–13) for Agentforce skills and a free $200 certificate test voucher.
3. Plan Your Schedule
Dreamforce is packed with keynotes, Trailhead workshops, and meetups. The Salesforce Events app (for iPhone or Android) helps you make a plan when the schedule comes out soon.
- To Do: Pick sessions that match your job (like admin or coder) or stuff like Agentforce 3.0’s mobile tools (out June 2025). Book popular sessions early, but you can sneak into some 10 minutes before they start. Don’t miss:
- Big Keynote: See new things like Agentforce demos.
- Agentforce Talk: Learn how to use AI for sales or support.
- Trailhead Theater: Tips to ace Salesforce certificates.
4. Get Ready for Keynotes with Marc Benioff and Others
Dreamforce keynotes are a big deal, especially with Salesforce superstars sharing what’s next for Customer 360 and AI. Marc Benioff, Salesforce’s CEO, will share his vision for Agentforce 3.0 and how it powers businesses. Other speakers like Parker Harris (co-founder) and Clara Shih (AI boss) will dive into tech details and real-world wins.
-
To Do: Watch the main keynote for big reveals. Bring questions for Parker’s “True to the Core” Q&A to learn about Salesforce’s future. Check #DF25 for speaker updates (more big names are coming!). Prep by reading about Agentforce on Salesforce’s site to ask smart questions.
5. Book a Place to Stay
San Francisco hotels fill up fast for Dreamforce. Book soon to stay near the Moscone Center.
- To Do: Use Salesforce’s hotel list for deals. On a budget? Try Airbnb or hostels like HI San Francisco. Staying far away? Take BART- it’s a quick 30-minute ride. Pick hotels with free cancellation just in case. Watching online? Make sure your Wi-Fi is strong for Salesforce+.
6. Pack the Right Stuff
San Francisco in October is chilly and foggy (50–70°F). You’ll walk a lot, so pack comfy.
- To Do: Bring a jacket, hoodie, comfy shoes, a water bottle, and a phone charger. Pack business cards and a small backpack (max 12″ x 18″ x 6″) for free stuff from the Expo Hall. Wear company shirts to start chats. Online watchers, have a laptop and notebook ready. Don’t forget snacks and a warm blanket if you’re streaming all day!
7. Get Ready for Dreamfest and Networking
Dreamforce 2025 Dreamfest is a huge concert that helps kids’ hospitals. The Dreamforce 2025 band isn’t announced yet, but it’ll be big (like Pink or Foo Fighters). Your ticket gets you in, and it’s great for meeting Salesforce Ohana.
- To Do: Get to Dreamfest early and bring business cards. Visit the Trailblazer Forest, Lodge Village, or partner parties (like Deloitte’s) to make friends. Post on X with #DF25: “Excited for Dreamfest at #Dreamforce2025! Who’s going?”
8. Learn About Agentforce 3.0
Agentforce 3.0 is a star of Dreamforce. It uses AI to help with sales, support, and more. Think smart bots that talk like people (voice features out May 2025) and work on your phone (mobile tools out June 2025). It has over 100 ready-made actions for quick setup, but you need clean data to make it shine.
- To Do: Go to Agentforce sessions to learn how to use it. Check out Data Cloud basics first-good data makes AI work better. This is huge for Salesforce users who want to save time and wow customers.
9. Get a Salesforce Certificate
Dreamforce is a great time to earn a Salesforce certificate to show off your skills. Many blogs skip this, but it’s key for growing your career.
- To Do: Book a test (in-person or online) early-they fill up fast. Prep with Trailhead Theater sessions or Bootcamp (October 11–13) for Admin, Coder, or Architect tests. Why bother? It helps you stand out and use Salesforce better at work.
10. Explore the Expo Hall
The Expo Hall is huge (25,000 square feet!) with Agentforce 3.0 demos, tools like MuleSoft or Slack, and free goodies.
- To Do: Look up vendors before you go to visit the best ones. Check the Customer Success Expo for cool partner ideas and grab fun swag (like Salesforce llamas!).
11. Stay Energetic and Follow Up
Dreamforce is a lot, so keep your energy up. And don’t forget what happens after-most guides miss this part!
- To Do: Drink water, grab snacks at Moscone, and take short breaks. Try yoga or charity runs to relax. After, sort your notes, email new friends within a week, and watch Salesforce+ videos again. Share tips with #TrailblazerCommunity. Think about how to use what you learned, like setting up Agentforce at your job, to make the trip worth it.
