Overview #
This release focuses on enhancing bulk messaging efficiency, scheduling flexibility, file sharing, and overall user experience within Salesforce. With improved Campaign and List View bulk SMS capabilities, users can now schedule messages, attach files, and manage recipients more effectively through an enhanced member datatable.
The latest enhancements also remove the previous 160-character restriction for Bulk SMS, improve conversation retrieval within My Inbox, and introduce Zoom as a new communication channel, providing greater flexibility, reliability, and efficiency in day-to-day customer communication.
New Features & Enhancements #
Schedule Message & Attach Files for Bulk SMS #
Added the ability to schedule bulk SMS messages and attach files when sending messages from Campaign and List View. Users can now select a future date and time for message delivery and include supported files with their SMS.
Campaign Bulk SMS Member Datatable #
Added a datatable for Campaign Bulk SMS members, allowing users to easily view, select, and manage campaign members before sending bulk SMS messages.
Removed 160-Character Limit for Bulk SMS #
Removed the previous 160-character restriction for Bulk SMS. Users can now send longer messages without being restricted to a single SMS segment, allowing messages to span multiple segments when required.
Added Zoom as a Channel #
- Zoom has been added as a new communication channel within MessageBlink. This enhancement expands the available communication options and allows users to configure and manage Zoom alongside the existing messaging channels, providing greater flexibility for customer communication workflows.
