Key updates include enhanced merge fields for templates, better live inbox notifications, bulk SMS support using templates, and clearer message status indicators within the chat interface.

## **New Features**

- **Bulk SMS Using Templates**Users can now send [**bulk SMS messages in Salesforce**](https://www.messageblink.com/bulk-sms-in-salesforce-setup-guide/) using pre-defined templates, enabling faster and more consistent communication.

## **Enhancements**
